Adding Student Accounts To The HSAP Prep System Previous Page | Table of Contents | Next Page There are two ways to create student accounts in the HSAP Prep System: You can create them yourself, one at a time, by clicking on the Add Student link under the Search heading (in the tool list at the left side of the page). You can send Chariot a list of many students which we can add all at the same time. If you want to use this option, contact us at (858) 270-0202 for details. The Add Student page requires you to enter some personal information (Item A in the following graphic) and some account information (Item B in the following graphic). Every field is required except the student's email address; the student's email address is optional. The Login ID field must be unique within your entire domain, not just within your school/campus. For example, if your domain is Region1, there must be no other students within Region1 (in any school/campus) who already have that Login ID. If you select a Login ID which is not unique, the system will let you know that you must select a different Login ID. When you have entered all the required student information, click on the Submit button (Item C in the following graphic).
